Software Development Engineer


We are looking for qualified Software Engineer to join our team in our Lagos, Nigeria office by January 2020.

The successful candidate will work with our collaborative IT data management and application development team members for mission critical software development for our customers. Candidate must be able to provide high level of technical skills in at least 5 of the following areas:

Database and application design methodologies, .NET Framework, JSON, jQuery, C#, Apache, HTML5, AJAX, Oracle and MSSQL Server.

Other requirements:
  • Education: Higher National Diploma, BSc/BA or Master’s Degree
  • Experience: Not less than 4 years of practical experience in application development functions with verifiable projects
  • Qualities: Ability to work with minimal supervision. Able to work on client sites and projects as required

Financial Analyst


We are looking for qualified Financial Analyst to join our team in Lagos, Nigeria office by January 2020.

The successful candidate will work with our collaborative management team, including logistics, HR and service delivery teams. Candidate should be results-driven, financial savvy with strong analytical mindset and a focus on metrics. In this role, candidate will be responsible for partnering with management to implement standardized processes and effective controls, monitor compliance with logistics and management policies, ensure accurate bookkeeping and cost management, and influence actions that drive yield improvements and better decision-making.

Primary responsibilities:
  • Day-to-day operations involving booking journal entries and invoice management
  • Payroll processing
  • Financial and tax modeling and forecasting, including audits
  • Cash flow and portfolio management
  • Handling ad hoc queries and projects related to financial reporting and analysis
  • Utilising advanced Excel skills to manipulate and report on a wide range of financial information
  • Prepare and support in some tasks using ERP
  • Balance sheet reviews/reconciliations
  • P+L reporting
  • Developing financial strategy including risk minimization plans and opportunity forecasting
  • Developing processes for all major areas of accounting and finance
  • Monthly, quarterly and annual financial reporting for multiple entities

Reservoir Engineer


We are looking for qualified Reservoir Engineer to join our team in Lagos, Nigeria office by January 2020.

The successful candidate will work with our collaborative application development, reservoir engineering, petrophysical, geosciences and business development teams. The candidate must be able to deliver result working alone and within teams

Primary responsibilities:
  • Evaluate and assess oil and gas producing properties for acquisition, including;
  • Perform Nodal Analysis & EOR (waterflood etc.) studies
  • Perform subsurface due diligence, provide insight, and support oil & gas reserve assessments
  • Develop and optimize field development and re-development plans, particularly for mature conventional fields
  • Estimate resource volumes and recoverable hydrocarbons using both probabilistic and deterministic volumetric, EURs, and recovery factors
  • Produce, reserve appraisals, assess third-party appraisals, and determine methods to reconcile variances
  • Provide insights into critical subsurface risks and recommend mitigation methods
  • Analyze reservoir and well performance data, including:
    1. Interpret transient well tests (estimate pressures), perform RTA/PTA analysis, model material balance, and predict well performance
    2. Perform Decline Curve Analysis, type curve, and/or trend analysis in conjunction with reserve estimations
    3. Perform fluid property modeling (PVT analysis)
    4. Assess and implement measures to enhance reservoir data quality
    5. Create reservoir simulation models for both compositional & black oil, and evaluate reservoir performance
    6. Prepare concise and insightful presentations, memos, and reports for both internal and external audiences
    7. Conduct various ad hoc analytical projects in close cooperation with groups inside and outside the company

Other requirements:
  • Education: Higher National Diploma, BSc/BA, Master’s or PhD Degree
  • Experience: 3 to 5 years of practical reservoir engineering and field development studies
                                  Understanding of reservoir and production engineering principles
  • Qualities: Presentation skill and ability to work with minimal supervision
